The Black Alliance For Peace Baltimore citywide alliance and the BAP Haiti/Americas Team are collaborating for a hybrid screening of the documentary “Aristide and The Endless Revolution.”

Since the U.S.-led ousting of democratically elected Jean-Bertrand Aristide on February 29th, 2004, Haiti has remained under occupation. Recent calls for increased foreign military presence in Haiti have been justified as necessary for “the poorest country in the western hemisphere.” However, solutions proposed by entities like MINUSTAH, BINUH, the OAS, and the CORE Group have only exacerbated instability, as the crisis in Haiti is fundamentally rooted in imperialism. Join us at NoMü NoMü for this screening, followed by a discussion on Haiti’s current situation and a Q&A session.
